Fireworks, entertainment, and food all for a good cause are a great way to kick off the Christmas Season. "Christmas in the Nighttime Sky" is an annual Magic Valley tradition supported by Cooper Norman.
The event takes place the Friday after Thanksgiving and kicks off the Christmas season in the Magic Valley. The entire community is invited to this family event which includes fireworks choreographed to holiday music, bonfires and a chili feed.
Admission to this event is a new unwrapped toy per person. The donated toys are then distributed as part of the KMVT's Christmas for Kids program and kept in the community. This tradition began in 1990 and is held at Kimberly Nurseries in Twin Falls, Idaho.
