Elina DiCostanzo, MBA Qualifications and Background Elina DiCostanzo Annas graduated from American University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting. In 1990, she graduated with a Masters in Business Administration degree in marketing and management. Elina DiCostanzo Annas joined Cooper Norman in 1993.

Elina performs a variety of duties related to marketing, sales, and public relations for Cooper Norman.

As the marketing director, Elina creates opportunities for the Firm to:

• achieve visibility through collateral materials
• website design
• targeted advertising and promotions
• participation in community service opportunities

She also develops marketing skills within the Firm through mentoring. On occasion, she has the opportunity to provide marketing consulting services for the Firm’s clients. On these occasions, the consulting covers a range of services from hiring a marketing director to designing a marketing plan.

Elina has also been very involved in community service. She has served as:

• Board Member for the Twin Falls Chamber Ambassadors
• Women's Network for Entrepreneurial Training
• Twin Falls Optimist Club
• Magic Valley Arts Club Kids Art in the Park
• Twin Falls Chapter of the March of Dimes

Currently, she is an active board member of the Magic Valley Home Builders Association Board and the Historic Old Towne and the chair for the Organization Committee. She is also the Education Committee chair for the Idaho Building Contractor’s Association (IBCA) and State Associate Representative for the IBCA.

Elina is the Marketing Committee chair of CPA Associates International and a member of the Association for Accounting Marketers.
