  • He has worked for two international accounting firms, Arthur Young & Company and Deloitte, Haskins & Sells.
  • Mr. Norman is an owner in the regional public accounting firm, Cooper Norman.

Mr. Norman has received specialized training in business valuation. He has provided valuation services in

  • economic losses
  • asset valuations for estate tax purposes
  • marital dispute property valuation
  • buy/sell arrangements
  • financing and other bases of valuation.

His training as a CPA and businessman and practical experiences compliment his valuation expertise.

Mr. Norman has also been a venture capitalist. He currently owns and helps manage a truck stop/motel partnership, two hydro-electric partnerships and a general investment company. Mr. Norman has owned interests in two farm partnerships and several other small businesses in the past. These business investments have provided substantial practical business experience to add to Mr. Norman's practical accounting experience.
