Qualifications and Background
  • Terri R. Gazdik graduated in 1983 from Idaho State University with a degree in accounting.
  • She received her license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in 1985 from the State of Idaho.
  • Ms. Gazdik was certified in 1995 as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
  • Terri Gazdik joined Cooper Norman in 1988.
  • In 1996, Ms. Gazdik became a partner with Cooper Norman.

Terri has experience in

  • conducting profitability enhancement reviews
  • designing incentive compensation plans and a wide range of business consulting.

Terri is the Audit and Accounting Manager for the Idaho Falls office. Her areas of specialty include

  • tax
  • business financial planning for construction and family businesses
  • auditing and business valuations with an emphasis on construction.

Ms. Gazdik is very active in the construction area. She is a published author in the Intermountain Contractor and the Idaho Construction News two regionally distributed construction publications. Additionally, she is on the Construction Editorial Board of CPA Associates International. This organization publishes a quarterly newsletter that is distributed internationally.
