Ethan Lee is a Partner in our Idaho Falls office. Ethan joined Cooper Norman in August of 2018.

Ethan has specialized in business valuation and litigation support services since 2006. He has performed business valuations for litigation, business transition, due diligence, tax planning, and other purposes. Ethan has also provided litigation consulting and expert services in connection with divorce, business ownership disputes, bankruptcy, and business and personal economic damage matters. He has testified as an expert witness in federal court and state court. Industries served include agriculture, retail, wholesale, healthcare, professional services, construction, manufacturing, import/export, hospitality and tourism, transportation, and technology.

Ethan has served as a member of the AICPA’s Forensic & Valuation Services Executive Committee, as well as an ABV Champion. He is also a founding member of the Hawaii Business Exit Advisory Board and has served as a director for the Hawaii Estate Planning Council. He has also volunteered as a mentor through BYU-Hawaii’s MentorConnect program.

Ethan has presented at the national AICPA Forensic & Valuation Services Conference, San Francisco office of the Financial Industry Regulation Authority (FINRA), and at multiple other professional venues. He has been a guest lecturer at Sonoma State University and BYU – Hawaii, and has served as a witness for the Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati deposition training program.

Ethan grew up in Lancaster, CA. He now lives in his father’s hometown of Rigby, ID with his wife and four kids. For fun, Ethan enjoys fishing for Brown Trout and hunting with his three boys.
