RoLynne Hendricks is a marketing executive with over 20 years of experience. Her strengths are in strategic planning and positioning, and building relationships that result in business opportunities. RoLynne has developed existing as well as new target markets that have increased profits.

RoLynne joined Cooper Norman as the Director of Marketing in the Idaho Falls Office in 2010 and became a partner with the firm in July of 2013. RoLynne became the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer for the Firm in 2016. She actively promotes the Idaho Agriculture Industry and serves as Chairman of the Board for Leadership Idaho Agriculture. She was awarded the Friend of the Industry award from Leadership Idaho Agriculture in 2018 for her contributions to Idaho agriculture. Prior work experience includes Executive Director of a non-profit organization, Senior Associate/Director of Marketing of a regional architectural firm, and marketing in the hospitality and resort industry.

The most significant accomplishment of RoLynne’s career to date was the strategic plan and relationship development that resulted in her firm’s selection as the Architect of Record on the Utah State Capitol Restoration project. This $200 million plus project was pursued by architects from across the United States. It was their strategy to create a team of professionals that responded directly to each of the projects unique aspects that won the project. The team members refer to this project as the “project of a life-time.”
