Additional clarity surrounding the Families First Coronavirus Response Act has been provided.  The Secretary of Labor has released a poster outlining the provisions required under the new Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.  The effective date of compliance is April 1st.  You can find the poster and sample policies that reflect these changes below, as employees may start taking the leave on April 1st.
